and then penelope got her ears pierced

the last few days have been busy.

this was wednesday

on the carousel

in bryant park

lots to do here

then the high line

where there was an event for kids

and after

a cupcake at magnolia bakery

on thursday we were 

 in sayville visiting family

and hanging out

on the beach.

later that day

penelope got her ears pierced

it killed me just a little-

to watch her be so brave 

and so grown up

back in nyc today 

for a slice of pizza-

ny style

and a visit to

madison square park

doing another little art project

in another park.
