I think we found our new favorite cafe.

We took the day off from scuola.

First we had pink donuts

and then we went to a park with chickens.

Later, Penelope started a dance class.

We found this apartment the first week we were here. We were walking down one of the pretty little windy streets and saw a small little real estate office. We went in and Andrea, the Agent helped us. Just like that. His friends had this apartment and no one was living in it and they just gave us the keys. No money, no lease, no waiting. Just trust and kindness. He said we have good energy.

We have been watching this movie a lot and acting out our favorite parts.

Penelope's favorite part: "Are you cussin' with me?"

the weekend

On Saturday we went to Bologna.

It did not rain, but Penelope has become a bit of an eccentric and insists on bringing her umbrella everywhere.

Great city.

Amazing food.

Cool shops.

More gelato.

We might be addicted.

We found a record store-

Penelope was right at home.

Then live music in the Piazza.

We met Patrick after work and went to see this.

It was cool and underground (literally).

We went to Venice on Saturday.

It rained all day.

So we went to a museum

and checked out the photos.

Then we had a falafel sandwich. 

Even in the rain, it was lovely.

and went to a flea market.
